Heroin Crack Meth

November 13, 2018 by San Quentin News Contributor

All over the world

From the young to the old

Drugs become an addition

That’s out of control…

The drug meth

Ain’t no joke

It’s form of treason

The hinge called coke.

There is nothing

The addicts won’t do

To get the drugs

Crack, meth, heroin too!

They commit most crimes

And don’t miss a beat

Staying up for three or more days

Without and sleep

When they sleep

Wherever they drop is a bed

Some never wake up

From the sleep of dead…

A busy intersection

You can’t get a pass

They start washing your windows

Don’t even ask?

Stealing from relatives

And all their friends

The path they travel

Has only one end..

Drugs have bought down celebrities

Visited Schools

A choice only made

By Blundering fools…

Drugs have brought down celebrities

Visiting schools

A choice only made

By blundering fools…

As I write this verse

Some are walking the street

Tore u and pitiful

With swollen feet.

The women who use

Will offer you favors

Ask you what

Particular Flavor..

A lot of men

Who were inhabited

Now surrender to those

Uninhibited..

They are like a wind up clock

Slowly winding down

Ticking by seconds and minutes

A tic tock  sound…

The beg and plead for mercy

And always have a plan

Survival of th drug addict

A cruel and bitter stand…

They smell of odors

Rom the clothes they wear

Despicable smells

They don’t care…

They will tell you a story

With their heart and soul

While slowly decaying

Growing old..

You take out your trash

To the alley in the back.
