A Living rainbow

December 5, 2018 by San Quentin News Contributor

fallow me,

you will see,

you can be,

as happy,

as anybody,

you can’t complain,

of your endless pain,

of cloudy ways,

rainy day’s will turn

to colorful plains,

over a hill I see,

a truth behind,

that darkness I see,

a truth behind,

that darkness I see,

that is meant for me,

a hard truth hit’s me,

to know,

what a fool I’ve been,

to think a world of sin,

would let me be happy again,

to be lied to once again,

and start from this

end.
