Father Sun shines down on my garden today,
Sowing seed in mother earth as is our way.
We reap what we sow-we eat what we kill,
Winter we go hungry-summer time bellies are filled.
My mate is a warrior, he protects our village,
Should the enemy come to rob, kill and pillage,
He takes pride in our tribe so he kills or he dies,
This is our way-such is our life.
We embrace mother earth, father sun loving wife.
The birds do not swim with the fishes,
The wolves do not know the word fear,
We each have a niche we are born into,
One kills, the other plant’s seed’s,
We look to mother nature for answer’s her knowledge we embrace to fill our need’s.
Mother earths, she does love us,
Father Sun warmth is divine,
We worship you from the cradle,
We love you till the end of time.
Come take a walk with me my mate,
Let us feel the earth on our feet,
Let us run like children through the tall grass,
Let us make passionate love in the creeks.
Dance with me under a full moon-
Dance until the sunrise.\give us a vision of the future anise
For today we live well because tomorrow we may die.
